Stage 2: Performing the functions of the Technical Customer

Based on the results of the audit, the Customer decided to engage EF-TEK in the project on a long-term basis as a Technical Customer. The scope of work included:
- examination and actualization of the Project implementation schedule, control over compliance with deadlines;
- Forecasting of the Project completion dates taking into account the execution of works, actual headcount and output;
- control of construction and installation works fulfillment;
- examination and coordination of working documentation;
- coordination of acts of completed works, actualization of development schedule;
- preparation of initial permit documentation;
- claim work, legal support;
- identification and assessment of Project risks.
Since April 2014, the functions of the Technical Customer have been performed by the Customer's in-house specialists who were released after the Olympic projects.
