Gotsatlinskaya HPP is a HPP under construction on the Avarskoe Koisu River in Dagestan. The HPP is designed according to the dam scheme, with onshore HPP building. The design capacity is 100 MW.
In accordance with the Russian Government Resolution No. 382 of 30.04.2013, this investment project is subject to public technological and price audit. EF-TEK was selected as the auditor. The scope of services includes:
- evaluation of technical and constructive solutions;
- assessment of construction time and schedule;
- assessment of the reasonableness of construction costs and compliance of the project price with the cost of construction of peer facilities;
- marketing research of the market of contracting services for the project implementation;
- assessment and classification of identified project risks;
- development of recommendations on optimization of adopted technical solutions and construction costs, etc.
