RAO ES of East owns and operates the energy complex in the Far East, which includes power plants, heat and power grids. In 2013, a decision was made to develop a Program of Prospective Development for the period up to 2025.
"EF-TEK was engaged by TEK Mosenergo as the main contractor for the Program development. As part of the Program, the following was carried out:
- analysis of 33 power plants and heat supply systems of 12 large cities (with visits);
- modeling of the power system (100 thousand km of lines);
- development of 4 full-scale investment justifications for priority projects;
- development of solutions for reconstruction/modernization/decommissioning of generation and grid facilities;
- development of a unified tariff and balance model, long-term tariff solutions
- Coordination of results with regional administrations, subsidiaries of RAO ES of East.
The program is under control of the Management Board of RAO ES of East and RusHydro.
