R&D on collection and utilization of electric vehicles

The basis for this R&D was subparagraph 7) of Article 285-2 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. EF-TEC specialists performed the following works:
- Formation of scientifically substantiated approaches to classification of WETSE;
- Generalization and analysis of international experience in handling of WETS (separately for EU, USA and Asian region), including:
- current legislation regulating the procedure for handling of WETSEE,
- main applied approaches and technologies for organization of collection, processing, neutralization, utilization and (or) disposal of WETSE, including dynamics of development of applied technologies,
- achieved indicators and results: volumes of WETSEE generation by types, volumes of utilization using different types of technologies,
- Analysis of quality indicators of the products obtained as a result of utilization/processing of WETSEE, as well as the areas of application of these products.
Development of proposals for building an effective system of collection, recycling, neutralization and utilization of WETS in the Republic of Kazakhstan in relation to the established target indicators and assessment of the potential for development of transport with electric motors in the Republic of Kazakhstan, carried out within the framework of the R&D work.
