Komsomolskaya CHPP-2 is a thermal power plant in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Territory. It is one of the oldest power plants in the Russian Far East (commissioned in 1935). Komsomolskaya CHPP-2 is a thermal steam turbine power plant (combined heat and power plant) with combined generation of electricity and heat. Installed capacity of the power plant is 197.5 MW, installed heat capacity is 545 Gcal/hour. The thermal scheme of the plant is designed with cross-coupling of the main steam and water flows.
EF-TEK conducted a public technological and price audit of the investment justification. Determination of main technical and economic indicators for the Object: "Reconstruction of turbine units" st. Nos. 2, 3. In the course of TCA of OBIN, our specialists performed the following work:
