The subject of the Contract is express analysis of economic feasibility of volumes and terms of implementation of investment projects for construction of Salynskaya HPP and Tselinskaya HPP in the scope:
- Analysis of competitive procedures for the selection of the general contractor to perform a full range of construction and installation, electrical installation and commissioning works, including provision of equipment and materials within the framework of the construction projects of the facilities: "Salynskaya HPP", "Tselinskaya HPP";
- Analysis of accepted design decisions, assessment of terms and stages of preparation and implementation of the investment project;
- Analysis of investment project realization cost;
- Analysis of financial indicators of the project.
