TGC-2 is one of the largest heat and power companies in the Northwestern and Central Federal Districts of Russia. TGC-2 generates electricity and heat and sells heat (steam and hot water) to consumers. The company's enterprises are located in the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kostroma, Novgorod and Yaroslavl regions of the Russian Federation. EF-TEK specialists conducted technical audit of 11 facilities:
