EF-TEK performs the functions of Technical Customer in the project of construction of the corporate university of Sberbank of Russia OJSC, which will be located in Istrinsky district of Moscow region. The work has been performed by EF-TEK since July 2013.
The corporate university construction project involves the construction of a multifunctional training center designed to develop the professional competencies of Sberbank employees at all levels - from operational and cashier employees to top managers. The corporate university will house a complex of buildings, including premises for the educational process, residential buildings, a sports and recreation complex, a conference center, etc. The territory within the project development boundaries will amount to 26 hectares. Annually the university will be ready to receive about 20 thousand students and teachers.
The main functions of the EF-TEK team in this project include: formation of the project budget on the basis of previously developed estimates, coordination of actions of all construction participants, preparation of initial permitting documentation, support of commissioning of the facility, etc.
Sberbank of Russia is the largest bank in the Russian Federation and CIS countries. Sberbank of Russia today is the leader of the Russian banking sector in terms of total assets. As of January 1, 2013, Sberbank accounted for 28.9% of total banking assets, 45.7% of retail deposits, 33.6% of corporate loans and 32.7% of retail loans. Sberbank's capital amounts to RUB 1.7 trillion, which corresponds to 27.4% of the total capital of the Russian banking system (according to the official website of Sberbank of Russia OJSC).
