In December 2012 EF-TEK LLC was recognized as the winner in the competitive procedures for selection of an independent expert company to support the modernization projects of Nazarovskaya GRES and Barnaulskaya TPP-2. Competitive procedures were conducted by OJSC Sibirenergoengineering.
