Mosenergo is the largest generating company in the Moscow region. The installed capacity of the company's plants exceeds 12 GW and 35 thousand Gcal/h.
Mosenergo is considering a project to expand CHPP-25 by constructing a new 420 MW CCGT unit. Mosenergoproekt was engaged to develop a business plan for this project.
EF-TEK was a subcontractor of Mosenergoproekt, performing the following functions:
- analyzing the heat and electricity market in the zone of influence of the plant
- analyzing the existing scheme of electric power output
- calculation of electrical modes and short-circuit currents of the 110 kV and higher network at the station busbars and adjacent substations
- development of options for reconstruction of the power supply scheme;
- development of financial and economic model, assessment of economic efficiency
- development of a business plan and its defense in the relevant departments of Mosenergo.
