Mosenergo is the largest generating company in the Moscow region. The installed capacity of the company's plants exceeds 12 GW and 35 thousand Gcal/h.


Mosenergo is considering a project to reconstruct the PT-60-130 turbine at CHPP-22. Mosenergoproekt was engaged to develop a business plan for this project.


EF-TEK was a subcontractor of Mosenergoproekt, performing the following functions:

  • analyzing the heat and electricity market in the zone of influence of the plant
  • analyzing the existing scheme of electric power output
  • calculation of electrical modes and short-circuit currents of the 110 kV and higher network at the station busbars and adjacent substations
  • development of options for reconstruction of the power supply scheme;
  • development of financial and economic model, assessment of economic efficiency
  • development of a business plan and its defense in the relevant departments of Mosenergo.
