In 2005, the Moscow City Government decided to build a gas turbine power plant in Severny settlement to supply power to the Severny and Vinogradovo residential districts of the NEAD of Moscow. In 2009 the project was frozen by the decision of the investor at the stage of unfinished construction.
The plant was designed for an installed capacity of 60 MW and 180 Gcal/h (thermal) with GTU and HRSGs.
EF-TEK was engaged by a potential investor making a decision to buy out the project.
The composition of EF-TEK's services:
- expert assessment of the current state of the facility, condition of the building and structures, installed equipment;
- assessment of the scope of unfinished works;
- analysis of the heat and electric power sales market in the zone of influence of the plant;
- assessment of the efficiency of investments in the completion of the plant construction according to three options.
