The Dzhubginskaya TPP construction project is included in the Program for Construction of Olympic Facilities and Development of Sochi as a Mountain Climate Resort. The TPP will provide power supply to the Olympic facilities of the 2014 Olympic Games. The TPP will have an installed capacity of 200 MW.
The project is being implemented by JSC INTER RAO UES and LLC Quartz - New Technologies.
The audit was conducted to assess the main risks preventing the plant from being commissioned on time. The tasks of EF-TEK LLC included:
- express analysis of the construction site and external infrastructure;
- Analysis of the Project documentation and proposed design solutions;
- analysis of contracts and organizational scheme of Project management;
- analysis of the investment Project implementation schedule;
- description of the current situation of the Project;
- Project risk analysis.
