An Industrial Park with an area of up to 200 hectares is being developed in Noginsk. The developer of the project is DEGA AG (Switzerland). The energy center of the technopark with a capacity of 30 MW operates without connection to the external energy system (in island mode).
E.ON Connecting Energies GmbH (Germany) conducted an audit of this power center in May 2013 in order to conclude a partnership agreement with DEGA AG. EF-TEC provided services to E.ON Connecting Energies GmbH as a technical consultant. EF-TEC's services included:
- expert assessment of the completeness of the authorization documentation;
- expert assessment of compliance between the initial concept of the power center, the developed project documentation and the actual execution of works at the site;
- expert assessment of the quality of works performed, service and repair programs, heat and electric capacity delivery schemes.
