Gazprom-Energoholding has several power units with gas turbines that require long-term maintenance. In 2014, a tender for long-term maintenance was held. EF-TEK LLC was engaged as an expert to evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
Within the framework of the project were carried out:
- Aggregated analysis of sufficiency of the scope of work specified in the LCP;
- Analysis of the terms of long-term service maintenance and volumes stipulated in the TKP;
- Analysis of cost characteristics of service maintenance;
- Comparison of the LCP with already concluded long-term service contracts, as well as comparison of similar services of COs;
- Comparative analysis of the cost characteristics of the TCP taking into account the scope and terms of works.
