The first stage of Yakutskaya GRES-2 is one of four projects of PJSC RusHydro's investment program for the construction of new power facilities in the Far East, implemented jointly with PJSC RAO Energy Systems of East in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. The installed electric capacity of the first stage of the new Yakutskaya GRES will amount to 197 MW, heat capacity - 469.6 (including 300 Gcal/h due to peak water heating boilers) Gcal/h. EF-TEK LLC was engaged to support the adjustment and development of working documentation for the project "Trunk heat networks from Yakutskaya GRES-2 to heat networks of Yakutsk".
The scope of services provided included:
- General project management;
- Coordination of the process of adjustment and development of RD;
- Interaction with the contractor and its subsidiaries and affiliates;
- Control over the timing and scope of work execution in accordance with the approved schedule;
- Representation of the Customer's interests during meetings and in public authorities;
- Management of author's supervision;
- Verification of technical documentation;
- Obtaining Technical Conditions;
- Approval of working documentation with state authorities.
