- assessment of the scope of work performed;
- determination of completeness and condition of project documentation;
- analysis of title and permit documentation;
- examination of contracts concluded with the main participants of the Project;
- analysis of the Project cost estimate;
- analysis of the Project implementation schedule;
- identification and assessment of the main risks of the Project;
- development of an action plan to improve the Project implementation mechanism.
