Nazarovskaya GRES was commissioned in 1961, its capacity is 1,210 MW. The project of technical re-equipment of the most powerful unit No. 7 involves reconstruction of the main and auxiliary equipment. The project budget is more than 4 bln rubles. "EF-TEK has been acting as the Expert for this project since January 2013.
The main functions of the Project Expert are:
- Monitoring, including control over the progress of the project implementation;
- Control over equipment manufacturing at the manufacturing plants;
- Providing consultancy assistance to the Customer in the process of updating the project schedule;
- Analysis and preparation of comments on executive and permit documentation;
- Analysis and preparation of comments on the project management organization.
