R&D on the project of consolidated price standards for typical technological solutions for capital construction of electric grid facilities

The research work was commissioned by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
The scope of the R&D work included:
- Proposals on typical technological solutions;
- Proposals on enlarged price standards for typical technological solutions of capital construction,
- Proposals on the methodology for calculating the cost of new construction;
- Proposals on draft amendments to the forms of investment programs and reports on the implementation of investment programs of electric power industry entities with regard to electric grid organizations;
- Proposals on the list and content of forms to be filled in as part of price monitoring of aggregated price standards for typical technological solutions.
The results of the work should allow the power market regulator (primarily the Ministry of Energy) to more reliably assess the validity of technical and economic decisions on the construction of power grid facilities at the stage of their preliminary design and investment programs.
