GTU-CHPP Vostochnaya is a new heat and power generation facility in Vladivostok:

  • installed electric capacity 139.5 MW;
  • installed heat capacity of 421 Gcal/h.


Vostochnaya CHPP is a part of PJSC RAO ES of East. Commissioning of Vostochnaya CHPP will make it possible to meet about 20% of the city's demand for electricity. The main fuel is gas.


Within the framework of the project were carried out:

  • analyzing the implementation of the schemes for delivery of the installed heat and electric capacities;
  • analyzing the degree of completion of works on the main gas turbine, electrical and boiler equipment;
  • analysis of the degree of completion of works on auxiliary equipment (fuel supply systems, water supply systems, water treatment systems, auxiliary needs of the CHPP, ACS, RPA, PA, AIIS KUE, SOTI ASSO, communication and fire alarm systems);
  • analyzing the degree of completion of construction work on buildings and facilities;
  • analysis of the degree of completion of works
  • analysis of project implementation cost;
  • analysis of costs for completion of works on main gas turbine, electrical and boiler equipment;
  • estimation of completion dates;
  • proposal of alternative options for construction completion.
