The mini-CHPP provides power supply to a complex of administrative buildings in the Moscow region.
EF-TEK LLC was engaged as a technical consultant to conduct a technical audit (Due Diligence).
Composition of services rendered:
- Analysis of the current status of mini-CHPs, including:
- Condition of main and auxiliary equipment and engineering systems;
- Level of equipment maintenance and repairs performed;
- Operating modes and technical and economic indicators of mini-CHPPs;
- Existing structure of heat and electricity sales;
- Forecasting of mini-CHP operations, including:
- Analysis of prospective heat and electricity consumers;
- Compilation of mini-CHP production program for several scenarios of facility development, maintenance and repair program;
- Analysis of identified risks and recommendations on their minimization.
