The 750 kV Leningradskaya-Belozerskaya overhead line construction project is included in the list of compensatory measures during the separation of the Baltic States' energy systems from the Unified Energy System of Russia. Commissioning of this overhead line will make it possible to provide power supply to Leningrad NPP, Kalinin NPP and the projected Leningrad NPP-2, as well as to realize an additional connection between the UES of the Center and the UES of the North-West. The preliminary design length of the line is 480 km. In accordance with the RF Government Resolution No. 382 of 30.04.2013, the project is subject to public technological and price audit.
The scope of EF-TEK's services included:
- expert-engineering assessment of the feasibility of constructive, technical and estimated solutions;
- expert-engineering assessment of feasibility of technological solutions;
- identification of the main risks of the investment project.
