PJSC RAO ES of East plans to construct gas turbine heating CHPPs with a total capacity of more than 100 MW and 400 Gcal/h in Zmeinka settlement and in the area of Sinyaya Sopka (on the border of Artem and Vladivostok) in Primorsky Krai.
In accordance with the Russian Government Resolution No. 382 of 30.04.2013, this investment project is subject to public technological and price audit.
EF-TEK was selected as the auditor.
EF-TEK LLC services included:
- Expert-engineering assessment of the feasibility of the investment project budget;
- Expert-engineering assessment of the feasibility of the adopted constructive, technical and estimated solutions;
- Financial and economic evaluation of the investment project;
- Marketing research of the market of contracting services for the creation of the Facility.
In June 2016, the audit results were publicly defended at a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of UES of Russia. The report is published on RusHydro's website.
