Serov GRES is located in Serov, Sverdlovsk Region. Installed capacity is 388 MW, 110 Gcal/h. It was commissioned in the 1950s.
The station is being expanded with a new CCGT unit No. 9.
"EF-TEK" was engaged by the customer-developer of the new unit construction - OGK-Investproekt LLC - as an expert. The services included:
- assessment of the degree of readiness of the Object;
- identification of factors affecting the timing of individual work stages and the commissioning of the power unit as a whole;
- analysis of the project implementation schedule;
- analysis of the residual volume of construction, installation, commissioning and other works/services, equipment deliveries, generation of tables for preparation of KS-17 forms and final statement of construction volumes;
- conclusion on the residual amount of financing required to complete the construction of the facility and put it into operation;
- recommendations on elimination/minimization of risks during construction.
