The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) plans to participate in financing the construction of a cascade of mini-hydroelectric power plants on the Merke River in South Kazakhstan with a total capacity of about 18 MW
The scope of services of EF-TEK LLC includes: assessment of technical, economic, financial and legal risks of the Lender in the course of the Project realization as of the moment of the audit.
The audit includes:
- Analysis of title and source documentation
- Verification of compliance of the list of proposed works with the requirements of technical regulations;
- Analysis of compliance of the technical assignment for design with the target indicators of the object
- Estimation of the total cost of Project implementation
- Analysis of the cost budget and evaluation of the summary estimate of the Project implementation
- Analysis of the Project implementation schedule
- Analysis of legal aspects
