Within the framework of the program for the creation of special economic zones, a technopark project is being implemented. Various options were considered to provide it with energy, including construction of a 24.9 MW power center (CHPP) on the territory of the technopark.
"EF-TEK was engaged to develop the technical part of the business plan for this project.
EF-TEK LLC services included:
- determination of the optimal location of the power center;
- selection of optimal equipment of European and Chinese production;
- development of a comprehensive estimate for the construction of the energy center;
- development of a scheme of connection to engineering infrastructure networks;
- development of the scheme of power output
- development of heat supply scheme
- development of planning scheme of site organization
- selection of options of design, general contracting, service and other organizations for project implementation.
