Amursky Hydrometallurgical Plant was launched in 2012. It is a member of Polymetal Group.  The plant is designed to produce gold by autoclave leaching of concentrates. The design capacity is 400 thousand ounces of gold per year.

In 2016, a project to connect new consumers to the power supply system of the plant was under consideration.  "EF-TEK was engaged to assess the maximum possible amount of capacity that could be connected to the existing system, taking into account its reconstruction. The scope of services included::

  • determination of the maximum permissible transmission capacity of the transmission line from the cells of the 35 kV switchgear-35 kV ATEC-1 to the 35/6 kV substation;
  • development of variants of basic technical solutions for technological connection of an additional 2x16MVA substation;
  • development of the electronic model of the system, calculation of modes.
  • estimation of physical volumes of power grid construction according to the options.
  • technical and economic comparison of variants.

Based on the results of the work of EF-TEK LLC, the optimal variant was selected, which will be used by the Customer for further design.
