Gazpromneft considered the issue of transferring heat supply to the Omsk Refinery from a third-party source (CHPP of a generating company) to its own boiler house. EF-TEK developed a technical concept for this project.
The scope of EF-TEK's services included:
- Analysis of actual and forecast heat loads of the plant;
- Examination of possible sites for boiler houses location, determination of points and tracing of communications for technological connection of new boiler houses to the plant's engineering networks;
- Development of two variants of boiler houses construction, selection of the main technological equipment;
- Determination of production indicators of boiler houses;
- Estimation of boiler houses construction cost, development of construction schedules and capital investments;
- Analysis of critical factors that may affect the project implementation, development of proposals for their minimization.
