Public Joint Stock Company Russian Grids (Rosseti PJSC), the operator of power grids in Russia, is one of the largest power grid companies in the world.
IDGC of Center, PJSC is the leading power grid company in Russia, doing business in 11 regions of Central Russia, and is a subsidiary of Rosseti, PJSC.
As part of the work, the following was performed:
- expert evaluation of services (result of services) for the organization of the functioning and development of the electric distribution grid complex provided by Rosseti PJSC to IDGC of Centre PJSC for their validity in terms of compliance of the services provided with the functional responsibilities of IDGC of Centre PJSC and the functional responsibilities of Rosseti PJSC as the parent company of IDGC of Centre PJSC;
- Determination of ROSSETI's actions that constituted services for IDGC of Center, PJSC;
- determination of the economic value of the respective services for IDGC of Center, PJSC.
