The purpose of the investment project "Reconstruction of 220 kV overhead line KVHPP-Aikhal-Udachny. Stage 4 (99.3 km) with P&D" is to improve the existing power supply scheme for industrial and social and cultural facilities of the population of the Aikhal-Udachny diamond mining district, and to increase the reliability of power supply. The 220 kV Vilyuyskaya HPP - Aikhal - Udachny 220 kV overhead line is intended to supply power to diamond mining enterprises. EF-TEK LLC carried out TCA of this investment project. The scope of work included:
- Expert-engineering assessment of feasibility of costs for the investment project realization;
- Expert-engineering assessment of terms and schedule of investment project realization;
- Expert-engineering assessment of expediency of the adopted constructive, technical and estimated decisions;
- Expert-engineering evaluation of expediency of the adopted technological solutions, including technical analysis of project documentation;
- Financial and economic evaluation of the investment project;
- Identification of the main risks of the investment project.
