The scope of work includes auditing the project during the construction phase.
The scope of EF-TEC services includes:
- expert-engineering assessment of the feasibility of constructive, technical and estimated solutions;
- expert-engineering assessment of feasibility of technological solutions;
- identification of the main risks of the investment project.
- financial and technical verification of the investment project realization;
- verification of targeted spending of funds during construction;
- verification of compliance of works performed at the object with the requirements of design and working documentation developed on its basis;;
- verification of the estimate documentation prepared during the acceptance of the completed works in terms of its correctness and compliance with the design (working) documentation;
- verification of compliance with energy efficiency regulations of the facility in accordance with the requirements of the design documentation.
