The work is performed within the framework of a consortium with Ernst & Young Consulting Services LLC. The scope of TCA includes:
- Verification of compliance of the draft IPR with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation applicable to investment activities of grid organizations;
- Assessment of the possibility of achieving target and planned indicators;
- Verification of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to price and (or) cost indicators of investment projects, including in terms of not exceeding the amount of financial requirements necessary for the implementation of certain measures of the IPR project of Lenenergo;
- Preparation of proposals for amendments to the IPR project based on the results of inspections and evaluation;
- Preparation of the conclusion of an expert organization.
