The work was performed in respect of three power plants: Mayakovskaya TPP, Talakhovskaya TPP, Pregolskaya TPP.
Content of services (for each facility):
- assessment of completeness of construction permit documentation;
- assessment of construction completion dates and schedule
- expert-engineering assessment of the feasibility of the adopted design, layout and technical solutions;
- analysis of completeness and quality of estimates;
- analysis of estimate documentation for compliance of rates with the technology of works and rules of pricing, estimate rationing;
- identification of opportunities for optimization of estimated solutions and cost indicators;
- analysis of procurement procedures;
- Identification of opportunities for optimization of construction costs;
- Analysis of concluded contracts, primary documentation (prices, rates, other requirements) for compliance with tender documentation;
- Verification of compliance of physical volumes of completed works with the volumes specified in the project documentation;
- Checking the compliance of documents with the requirements of the Russian legislation.
