EF-TEK LLC conducted a survey and assessment of the possibility and feasibility of completing the construction of Abinskaya TPP in the following scope:

• Assessment of the technical condition of the main equipment, production buildings, technological schemes, engineering systems and communications of Abinskaya TPP
• Assessment of completeness and quality of documentation available at the site.
• Assessment of spare parts and materials condition.
• Formation of a list of measures for completion of construction and installation works on equipment, buildings and structures; performance of works on maintenance and repair of equipment after conservation.
• Preparation of statements of the scope of work to be performed.
• Aggregated assessment of the cost of performing activities to complete construction and commissioning of the facility.
• Estimation of terms and costs for prolongation/receipt of new initial permit documentation.
• Aggregated assessment of the market value of the installed equipment in order to determine the current value of the installed equipment and the complex as a whole.
• Analysis of the Object's sales markets: current situation and development forecast up to 2030, competitor analysis.
• Calculation of the cost of electricity and heat energy when the facility is put into operation
• Indicative assessment of the costs of the Facility operation after construction completion.
