EF-TEK LLC carried out technical audit of a power engineering factory. The services included:
- independent assessment of the current productivity of the enterprise in units/year with reference to the capacity of the manufactured equipment;
- general assessment of the technological cycle of the enterprise by stages (from metal billet and its primary processing to the finished product). Assessment of the technological chain of sub-suppliers - not provided;
- assessment of locations (links in the process chain) that are performance constraints in the current plant configuration;
- assessment of the ability to manufacture (modernize) power equipment;
- assessment of the ability to design (modernize) power equipment;
- comparison with analogous enterprises in terms of: technological level, products, productivity;
- evaluation of the software used to perform design works, compatibility with peer enterprises;
- cooperation and smooth communication.
