The basis for this work was the order of the Russian Government to develop industrial production of domestic gas turbines of high capacity in order to eliminate the dependence of the Russian energy market on imported manufacturers of gas turbine equipment. EF-TEK specialists performed the following works:
- Development of basic technical solutions for the plant equipment and systems;
- Expert study and proposals of the optimal layout of the main and auxiliary equipment, buildings and structures;
- Priority consideration of options for the use of Russian-made equipment;
- Development of architectural and planning solutions;
- Development of basic solutions for off-site facilities and structures;
- Calculation of budgetary and socio-economic efficiency of the project;
- Calculation of the organizational structure of E TPP;
- Development of an aggregated construction schedule;
- Estimation of capital expenditures for construction;
- Estimation of indicators of economic efficiency of investments;
- Assessment of quantitative and qualitative risks.
