The main objectives of the Gorodskaya TPP construction are:
- reliable power supply to prospective investment projects of PJSC Polyus in the Bodaibinsky district of the Irkutsk region;
- development of the Srednebotuobinsky oil and gas condensate field of JSC ALROSA-Gas in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
- reliable power supply to consumers in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Irkutsk Region, taking into account the increased loads in the energy systems in the perspective up to 2025. During the development of the investment feasibility study for the TPP construction project the following work was done by the specialists of EF-TEK LLC:
- analyzed the forecast consumption of heat and electric capacity and electricity for the area of TPP location;
- various variants of TPP construction were considered;
- an optimal variant of TPP layout was selected;
- variants of using equipment of leading manufacturers were considered;
- architectural and planning solutions for TPP construction were developed;
- calculation of budgetary and socio-economic efficiency of the project, as well as the mode of operation of the generating source;
- developed aggregated variants of SWM and construction schedule;
- evaluation of indicators of economic efficiency of investments was carried out;
- Costs and economic efficiency of the project implementation were compared;
- quantitative and qualitative risk assessments were made.
