Joint Stock Company "Yantarenergo" was established in 1945, and today it is the largest grid company in the Kaliningrad region. Yantarenergo JSC ensures the viability and competitiveness of industrial, civil and other facilities of the region through efficient supply of electric power to regional consumers. The power system is territorially isolated from the power system of the Russian Federation and has 6 interstate connections with the Lithuanian power system. The service territory is 15.1 thousand square kilometers.
The work includes:
- Verification of compliance of the IPR project with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation applicable to investment activities of grid organizations;
- Assessment of the possibility of achieving target and planned indicators;
- Verification of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to price and (or) cost indicators of investment projects, including in terms of not exceeding the amount of financial needs required for implementation of certain measures of the IPR project of PJSC Yantarenergoo;
- Preparation of proposals for amendments to the IPR project based on the results of inspections and evaluation;
- Preparation of an expert organization's opinion.
