Chukotka Trading Company concluded a state contract for the construction of a power source in Bilibino to replace the thermal capacity of Bilibino NPP after its decommissioning. EF-TEC renders services of the customer's engineer within the framework of this project realization, namely:
- Control of the Project realization terms in accordance with the State Contract;
- Development of technical specifications for all works;
- Verification of design and estimate documentation;
- Verification of engineering survey materials;
- Quality control of equipment manufacturing at manufacturing plants;
- Control of equipment delivery and participation in equipment acceptance;
- Verification of executive and production documentation;
- Control of production and inspection of the results of works performed by the General Contractor or other contracting organizations, participation in the acceptance of works;
- Participation in the control of testing, commissioning and testing of equipment under the General Contractor's Agreement.
