The CHPP generates electricity and heat in combined mode. The installed electric capacity of the power plant is up to 300 MW. The plant equipment is adapted to operate on both coal and natural gas. During the technical audit of the CHPP, EF-TEK specialists provided the following services:

- Analysis of the implementation of the preventive maintenance program;
- Assessment of maintenance and repair costs;
- Analysis of environmental impact;
- Assessment of technical characteristics of the main equipment;
- Analysis of stock of equipment, materials, fuel and chemicals;
- Analysis of accident rate at CHPP, adequacy of emergency response measures and progress of their implementation;
- Analysis of technical and economic indicators of the plant and measures to increase the energy efficiency of the facility;
- Analysis of the economic efficiency of the plant's operation in the electric power and capacity market and heat energy market;
- Development of proposals for CHPP modernization.
