Staromaryevskaya solar PP 100 MWT

Staromaryevskaya SPP is the second largest solar power plant in Russia in terms of capacity. In April 2020, the solar power plant located in the Stavropol region reached its design capacity.

The total capacity of Staromaryevskaya SPP amounted to 100 MW.

Financial and technical audit of Staromarievskaya SES was conducted in 2 stages:

• Stage 1 - Analysis of documentation determination and agreement with the Customer of the audit scope for Stage 2.

At this stage cameral inspection of the validity of the incurred costs of the project, analysis of contractual obligations, verification of compliance of the scope and cost of work performed to the design, working and executive documentation on the basis of documentation provided by the Customer was carried out.

• Stage 2 - Inspection (audit) of actually performed works

At this stage inspection of compliance of actually installed equipment and performed works with design, working and execution documentation, quality of performed construction and installation works was carried out.
