In November 2020, Globus LLC entered into an agreement with EF-TEK LLC to assess the feasibility of purchasing GTU-CHPP in Elektrostal from Ivanisovo Agrocomplex LLC.
Technical characteristics of GTU-CHPP:
Installed electric capacity of the plant is 41.78 MW;
Installed electric capacity of the plant 16.78 MW
Installed heat capacity of the plant 118.3 Gcal/h.
EF-TEK LLC analyzed the following indicators in the course of work:
- Revenue indicators of heat and electricity sales, as well as other income;
- Cost of heat and electricity production;
- Estimation of current tariffs;
- Payback periods.
Based on the results of the analysis, a multifactor financial model was developed, demonstrating payback periods depending on different scenarios.
