Tyumenenergo JSC is one of the largest interregional distribution grid companies in Russia.
The territory of Tyumenenergo JSC service area is more than 1.4 million square kilometers and includes the Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug with a population of about 3.6 million people. Tyumenenergo JSC actively invests funds in development and modernization of the network, this is also due to one of the lowest wear rate of networks (about 50%).
The work includes:
- Verification of compliance of the IPR project with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation applicable to investment activities of grid organizations;
- Assessment of the possibility of achieving target and planned indicators;
- Verification of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to price and (or) cost indicators of investment projects, including in terms of not exceeding the amount of financial requirements necessary for the implementation of certain measures of the IPR project of Lenenergo PJSC;
- Preparation of proposals for amendments to the IPR project based on the results of inspections and evaluation;
- Preparation of the conclusion of an expert organization.
