Technological and price audit of the investment project for the fourth stage - commissioning of the facility as a result of IP implementation, which was the scope of work of EF-TEK LLC:

• analyzing the compliance of the operational mode of the facility and the equipment installed therein with the operational norms and rules, as well as the requirements of equipment suppliers;
• analyzing the IP from the point of view of compliance of actual indicators at the operation stage with the indicators laid down in the TOR for design;
• compliance of the completed project with the approved design documentation;
• verification of targeted spending of funds during construction, verification of compliance of the cost of completed works with contractual documentation, identification of budget deviations from the planned indicators;
• verification of compliance of performed works at the object with the requirements of the design and developed on its basis RD, technical regulations, results of engineering surveys;
• checking the estimate documentation prepared during the acceptance of the completed works for correctness of its preparation and compliance with the design (working) documentation;
• verification of compliance with energy efficiency regulations of the facility at the stage of construction completion in accordance with the requirements of the design documentation;
• analyzing the environmental efficiency of the facility in operational mode;
• issuance of recommendations by the Contractor, if necessary, to finalize the IP.
